I believe therapy can be helpful in any season and I am here to offer a safe and supportive environment. I want you to feel heard, validated, and supported as we walk through this season together. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and I have experience working with a variety of age settings. I enjoy working with children, adolescents, adults, and parents. I believe a spiritual component of therapy can add great strength to the treatment process, but I am able to follow your lead on faith-based care. I am honored to work with you.

My prior experiences include: private practice, emergency medical psychiatric care, and crisis intervention. Throughout all of my experience, my goal has remained the same-to allow you to feel safe, valued, accepted, and known.
