Cara Pruitt, MS, MA, LPC, Owner

It is my goal to empower individuals, families, and couples to overcome personal obstacles in order to improve their relationships by using clinically tested interventions. Healthy relationships can improve overall well-being. I enjoy working with individuals, families, and couples. I have faced my own trauma and battles, and empathize with my clients with how hard it can be to seek help and simply navigate through everyday life.

I believe people are constantly seeking to grow and renew themselves and blossom into their fullest potential.  It is my goal to assist you in successfully meeting your personal and professional goals and becoming who you are longing to be.

I would be delighted to help your family become engaged again with positive communication, healthy boundaries, better understanding of one another, and even the return of laughter.

I have a passion for restoring intimate relationships to their healthiest state. Relationships with respect, trust, and love with the most important people in your lives.
